Klogg discovers that the crown is also Hoborg's life source, and without it Hoborg is put into a deep sleep. Klogg later succeeds in stealing Hoborg's crown, which transforms Klogg into a mutant-like evil Neverhoodian. Klogg attempts to steal Hoborg's crown, and afterwards is told it is the only thing he cannot have. After created his world, Hoborg felt alone and so using a life seed he created his first being, whom he named "Klogg". The Neverhood was a place created by Hoborg, the 6th son of Quater.
